TESL Sask Lifetime Award

The TESL Sask Lifetime Award is to recognize and honor long-standing members who have made significant and meaningful contributions through leadership in both the workplace and the community.

Registration is open until 11:59pm, March 31, 2021.

Criteria for Nominee:

The TESL Sask Lifetime Award is to recognize and honor long-standing members who have made significant and meaningful contributions through leadership in both the workplace and the community in such areas of involvement as academic, vocational, sociocultural and linguistic instruction, inter-cultural counseling, labour market access training, citizenship training and inter-cultural liaison.

The nominee must be a TESL Sask member with at least twenty years of service. Additionally, nominees must meet some or all of the following criteria:

  • Contributions to the multicultural and multilingual community
  • Commitment, service, creativity, cooperation, or leadership in the field of ESL/EAL
  • Contributions to the mission of TESL Sask as a member
  • Contributions to TESL Sask as a board member


Please Note: All decisions are final. One nominee will be selected by the Awards and Bursary Committee of TESL Sask. The nominee awarded the Lifetime Award will receive notification in April and be announced at the annual TESL Sask Conference.
