Tatiana has over 20 years of ESL teaching experience. She started teaching EAL after graduating from Irkutsk State Linguistic University, Russia in 1997 and continued her teaching career in Regina Open Door Society (RODS) LINC program after she came to Canada in 2007.
For the past four years, Tatiana has been managing the Language Services Department at RODS. As an adult educator and administrator, Tatiana nurtures a keen interest in teacher training, coaching and professional development. She also strives to create programming and networking opportunities for newcomers to help them overcome language barriers.
Tatiana holds a Master of English and German Language Education Degree from Russia and a Master of Adult Education from the University of Regina.
