RRLIP would like to invite everyone to the ‘Erasing Racism – What Can WE Do?’ forum on March 17th, from 1 – 3:30 pm. This free, virtual community forum has been organized by the
Regina Region Local Immigration Partnership (RRLIP), in collaboration with working group members from local organizations, and interested individuals.
Highlights include:
- Local guest speakers share personal stories of racism and discrimination, and how it affected them/what resulted
- Ripples of Racism videos/with opportunity to share insights in small groups
- Useful tools to help inform what to do when facing difficult situations, like the ones described in the personal stories and videos
- Ample opportunity to share and discuss the topic with other participants
