2020 Virtual MCoS Multicultural Honours

Following the announcements of new restrictions on Friday, we decided that it was best to be on the side of safety and have a fully virtual Honours event this year.

His Honour the Honourable Russ Mirasty, Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan, and Her Honour Donna Mirasty will host a program to celebrate contributions in the multicultural community. The program will include presenting the Saskatchewan Multicultural Leadership Award (formerly the Betty Szuchewycz Award), and the Multicultural Youth Leadership Award presented in partnership with SGEU.

There is no charge for this event, but we ask that you register – RSVP by November 20, 2020. The zoom link will be sent only to registered members a day before the event.

You can register to attend the virtual award ceremony here. We will be happy to have you join us virtually for the launch of Saskatchewan Multicultural Week on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Have a look at the Nominees for Saskatchewan Multicultural Leadership Award and Multicultural Youth Leadership Award.

Thank you for reading. This newsletter is free to receive, but not to produce. To show your support, please forward it to someone who’d like it, donate to MCoS, or buy Multicultural products.
